We have carefully selected our fabrics and trimmings to ensure that they are made out of natural fibres and materials. Our choices of fabrics include 100% flax linen, Viscose, and Tencel. Our buttons are made out of coconut husks and wood options. Since natural materials will naturally degrade over time, we recommend utmost care and maintenance to ensure longevity of our products.

The prints on our fabrics used for our garments celebrates the rich biodiversity of our lush tropical surroundings and are designed in-house and printed using eco-printing technology. This digital printing method uses very minimal amount of water and does not produce any waste water. The inks used in printing our fabrics are also biodegradable and are certified Eco Passport by OEKO Tex.

Each Marieal piece is individually packed into a garment bag and shipped out using a mailer bag that are both plant based and compostable. Our packaging materials are Europeans Standards certified as products made out of compostable materials (Tests DIN EN 13431:2000-12/ ASTM D 6400:2019-01) and the Australian Standard AS 5810.

We keep our packaging minimal and avoid unnecessary materials other than the ones used to ensure the integrity of the items.
