1. How do I check the delivery status of my order?

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracker number of your order. You may click on the link given to track your order. Alternatively you can also get in touch with us to help you.

2. I made a mistake on my order, can I make an adjustment to it?

Don't worry, we understand sometimes you may accidentally order the incorrect amount. Do email us immediately at admin@marieal.com so we can assist you.

3. How do I use the size chart given?

The size chart given for each individual design indicates the measurement of the garment, and not of the person wearing. Please measure your Points of Measurements (Shoulders, Chest, Waist, Hip and Length) and compare it against our charts. Please allow for 1cm X 1cm natural shrinkage allowance.

4. Why does my garment fade slightly upon washing?

The beauty of our garment is the natural quality of our fabrics and printing methods. Because no chemicals were added to lock in the colours, degradation of colour is to be expected as part of the natural quality of our garment. We recommend hand washing our garments in cold water or place them in gentle cycle with similar items. Do iron your garment on the reverse side to preserve the colour.
